3.1 Guidelines for events:

Concerts, festivals and events in general should be clearly described and presented to visitors at Festry. For this purpose, the following points are important to us, so that everyone knows exactly what it is all about:

  1. An event has a unique name.
  2. An event has a time at which the event starts or at which the admission starts.
  3. A short description gives further information, which does not fit into the event name.
  4. The description explains in detail what is offered at the event, artists are mentioned, their biographies or general descriptions of the event.
  5. Each event has at least one genre.
  6. Each event has a unique location.
  7. Each event can, but does not have to have a unique organizer.

So that not everyone can simply enter an event, we have limited the registration to locations and organizers.

3.2 Specifications for events:

A registered location and/or event organizer must adhere to the following guidelines when creating events in order to keep Festry as an event platform open-minded and politically correct.

  1. A content must not represent or promote radical views.
  2. A content must not be offensive to anyone.
Content must not exclude people and groups (e.g. ethnic, religious, ...).
  3. Content must not share sexual content.
  4. A content should not exclude any opinion, except for the radical views we mentioned in the previous points.
  5. A content should not exclude any orientation or gender, any:r is welcome in the culture.

In addition, we do not tolerate artists who convey radical content or who are involved in such scenes.

3.3 Copyright:

For registered locations and organizers, the following clause applies regarding the copyrights of the content shared on our platform. You agree to accept this passage as soon as you use Festry. Violation of the copyrights of third parties will lead to appropriate legal measures.

You as the event organizer and/or location expressly assure Festry for any uploaded content (image and/or text material) that you have the necessary copyrights and other rights of use for uploading and distributing this content via Festry and that no rights of third parties (e.g. copyrights, trademark and other industrial property rights, data protection rights, personal rights, right to one's own image) are thereby violated.
